Boyan slat was born on the 27 July 1994 (age 27). His idea turned into a moonshot project. He found the ocean clean up at the age of 16 years old. That’s when he decided to open up his company. Boyan Slat is an  investor and entrepreneur. He is also a former aerospace engineering student. He is the  the founder and CEO of the ocean cleanup; a dutch foundation which develops advanced systems to rid world ocean of plastic. He creates technological solutions to global problems.
